Archaeo. Museum of the Alta Val D’Agri
The Oenotrians were one of the ancient italic population living in the lands between Basilicata and Calabria before the Roman conquest and the foundation of Grumentum, roman name for the modern Grumento Nova.
The museum hosts lots of evidences from that period, especially jewels and accessories coming from burials. From one of this lasts comes a costume, probably owned to the legendary Princess Siri.
Our role has been to make a 3D photogrammetry reproduction of this costume and other archaeological finds, to allow visitors to watch them on a Totem Mneme, installed in the exposition.
