Il 2 e 3 Maggio si è tenuto a Limassol (Cipro) il 2° Workshop internazionale riguardante le nuove tecniche di acquisizione e modellazione 3D dei siti archeologici subacquei. Tra i numerosi interventi, i nostri hanno mostrato gli ultimi sviluppi del progetto iMare Culture Horizon 2020, golden sponsor del Workshop insieme a 3D Research.

From Cosenza to Cyprus for the Underwater Heritage Preservation

Il progetto iMare Culture approda a Baia
La scorsa settimana alcuni dei partner del progetto di ricerca #H2020 iMARECulture, la 3D Research s.r.l., la Cyprus University of Technology (CUT), la Masaryk University di Brno (MU) della Repubblica Ceca, la Univerzitet u Sarajevu (UoS) della Bosnia-Erzegovina e l’Istituto Superiore per la Conservazione e il Restauro #ISCR del MIBACT, si sono dati appuntamento presso il Parco Archeologico Sommerso di Baia per testare insieme le tecnologie fin ora sviluppate nell’ambito del progetto.

iMare Culture project lands to Baia
Last week, the partners of the #H2020 iMARECulture research project, i.e. the 3D Research srl, the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT), the Masaryk University of Brno (MU) of the Czech Republic, the Univerzitet u Sarajevu (UoS) of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the #ISCR Institute for Conservation and Restoration of the MIBACT, tested the technologies developed in the project within the Underwater Archeological Park of Baia.
