Gender equality certification for 3D Research!

We are proud to announce that 3D Research has recently obtained UNI PdR 125:2022 certification, an important milestone that demonstrates our commitment to gender equality and inclusion in the workplace.

UNI PdR 125:2022 is a standard established by the Italian National Standards Institute (UNI) to promote and certify best practices to ensure equal opportunities and value individual differences, thus actively contributing to the fight against gender discrimination. This certification is in line with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations, as well as Mission 5 of the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan.

The certification reflects our ongoing commitment to promoting an inclusive corporate culture that respects the skills of all our team members. UNI PdR 125:2022 is the only national standard currently available on gender equality. It defines guidelines for the implementation of a management system that promotes gender equality, combats stereotypes and discrimination, and helps companies to make their culture more inclusive.
