The Museum of Oil of Torre Santa Susanna is a multi-sensorial experience, able to catch the visitor by the touch, the sight and the hearing and to involve him by way of the virtual reality. It is storytelling, flowing throughout the main steps of the olive oil production, beginning from the easiest and primary of them, the Harvest, passing through the Machining, landing to the Storage process.

In the wake of the past, throughout the centuries and the techniques, among the underground olive mills, following the still alive traces of an ancient peasant memory, the MOLO brings you towards the modern era, towards us who use the olive oil as a fundamental part of our nutrition, often without knowing deeply all the complex world behind it.
